Tips for a good postural hygiene working with laptops
Here are some simple tips to help you get a better posture at work and to avoid injuries, like neck and shoulder pain, in the medium term:
- Sit in front of the screen: adjust the elevation of the chair so as to maintain the forearms flexed to 90° and supported on the table without raising the shoulders.
- Keep your back in contact with the chair: Keep your back against the back of the chair.
- Place the keyboard far enough to rest your wrists on the table.
